The pandemic has forced companies around the world to adapt to changed conditions and apply new tools in communication; in 2021, many continue to optimize business processes. The Enlightenment Group shared their experiences on how the Cisco Webex platform helped improve collaboration within the team, as well as in working with partners. The Webex Meetings and Webex Teams applications helped optimize daily workflows: employees were able to easily and quickly exchange messages, call and hold meetings, and also implement team projects.

The Cisco Webex service has become a tool for us to achieve our goals, helped speed up the decision-making process and increase the productivity of the team in remote mode. We have not only maintained the previous pace of work in a pandemic, but also expanded the future capabilities of employees in an era of "new normality."
