On June 24, 2015 it became known of implementation in IT structure of Pushkarsky Settlement hotel complex of a system of sales on the software platform of customer relationship management Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The project was implemented by Pikey Group Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online company[1].
Project Tasks
The high competition in the field of hospitality requires new and flexible approaches to work with clients therefore to hotel complex the solution which allowed to store all information on each client in one place was required and to work quickly with it - it is important at communication with exacting corporate customers in the course of the organization of large actions.
Project Results
The automated system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online integrated all customer information and business partners:
- results of negotiations,
- data of electronic correspondence,
- preferences and wishes,
- information on earlier held events,
- responses.

As a result considerably the speed and quality of request processing increased, and the offer to the client forms on the basis of his real requirements. There was an opportunity to quickly prepare the management reporting for the management in different analytical cuts:

- efficiency of marketing initiatives
- productivity of work of managers of sales department.
The IT service of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online facilitated routine transactions:

In addition to standard modules of the CRM system specialists of Pikey Group developed for the customer a monitoring panel for heads, a subsystem of armoring of restaurants and the block of business processes automating daily routine transactions and controlling regulations of execution of works on each client.
