Within the project office-work processes (processing of the entering, outgoing, internal and administrative documents) were automated. Reconciliation procedure of documents is automated. Business processes are developed for automatic registration of incoming documents by e-mail. Expansion is developed for MS Outlook for fast registration of incoming correspondence from e-mail. The customer passed from the EDMS Thesis to the Docsvision platform and covered the bulk of jobs.
