The Quelle Russia company completed implementation of an analytical system based on the Deductor platform. In a project deliverable the uniform data warehouse with up-to-date information is created, reporting system is constructed. Scenarios of forecasting and planning of directories popozitsionno and considering the changing nomenclature are designed. Within the project the analysis of the customer base was made. Quelle Russia is subsidiary company of the German concern Quelle, in Russia works since 2004. The enterprise is engaged in sale of fashionable clothes, goods for the house and life according to directories.

Due to growth of business need to solve problems of consolidation of information from the different systems and formation of the analytical reporting ripened.

For the purpose of consolidation of information Deductor Warehouse data warehouse based on Oracle DBMS was built. Process of preprocessing and collection of information in storage from different information systems is completely automated. Data in storage are updated every day that allows to receive quickly the analytical reporting in different cuts. All data on goods, clients, orders, sending sendings are transferred to the data warehouse.

The most labor-consuming task was the problem of planning and forecasting of the range as this process should be performed with high extent of detailing on long term taking into account change of 60% of the nomenclature in every season. In a year about 20 directories are issued, each of which contains more than 10 thousand positions.

The problem of assortment management was separated into planning of goods quantity in the directory and its splitting on a dimensional grid. Scenarios of processing were developed for automatic calculation of necessary goods. During forecasting and planning the set of factors was considered: placement in different directories, sales of similar goods, the loudspeaker of demand and expert evaluations. Further using the implemented system it is supposed to perform mailing planning, consumer segmentation, efficiency analysis, stimulation of demand, cross-selling.
