May 21, 2015. The UCS SPb company announced automation of the Globe restaurant based on the R-Keeper v.7 system.

Choosing a Solution

For management of all business processes of the restaurant Globe complex the professional R-Keeper v.7 automation system was selected. The software covers all aspects activity of restaurant:

• sales accounting,
• document flow,
• merchandising,
• production,
• financial analytics,
• marketing offers,
• work of personnel and many other things.

Project Progress

Specialists of UCS SPb company automated 7 jobs of waiters, 9 jobs of cashiers and 3 jobs of the manager. The software module of StoreHouse for conducting inventory accounting was set on 6 working computers, the interface to the 1C: Accounting program performing data exchange between the StoreHouse and 1C systems is implemented.

In addition the UCS SPb company made installation of scales to weigh goods and to print the label with a barcode, for reading of a barcode at the checkout scanners were installed. Thus service rate of visitors and capacity of points of sale was increased.

Result

All these and many other high-tech solutions helped to organize functioning of a restaurant complex optimum, to make work of personnel of the most effective, and to lift quality of service to higher level, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
