On May 30, 2012 the universal telecom operator MegaFon signed the uniform total package procurement contract with RBC company on placement of technical equipment in the Data Processing Center (DPC) of the operator and provision of services of Internet access.

According to terms of the contract the most part of the server hardware of RBC holding on all projects is placed in the Moscow Data processing center of MegaFon. Also the operator will provide the enterprises of holding with Internet access and, in the long term, other telecom services. Today RBC includes one of the largest Russian informational portals www.rbc.ru, several online and printing medias, RBC-TV TV channel and some other projects. Ensures their functioning several hundred high-end servers.

For the purpose of ensuring additional security, the equipment of RBC is placed in the certain placement on 15 stoykomest. Separate independent communication channels are brought to each rack: it guarantees continuity communication provision of services, allowing RBC to be 24x7 on-line.
