The RBI-RAMPA portal is a single information space that includes the current base real estateRBI of the Northern City (included in the RBI), a system for selecting options with complete information about objects, as well as the possibility of online booking of apartments.

The system is an application on the Telerik SiteFinity 9.0 platform, providing users with access to distributed resources with the necessary information and RBI services (documents, reference information, services provided). According to July 2017, about 5 thousand users were registered on the portal, on average this is about 400 unique visits per day.

2021: Development of a portal for the control of the complete construction cycle

On September 15, 2021, Digital Design announced that, together with the RBI Group, they had developed a portal that automates the full cycle of interaction with contractors throughout the construction period. The platform-based solution SiteFinity closes a large amount of work that was previously carried out piecemeal - this simplifies execution control, makes the process transparent, and information - fast.

Since 2015, a significant part of the company's work has been carried out on the basis of portals developed by Digital Design:

  • A real estate agent's workplace that provides interaction with third-party agencies for the selection, booking and sale of real estate objects.
  • Personal account of the client, which allows you to quickly receive information about the construction process and draw up documents on the transfer of rights to the real estate object.
  • A platform for competitive procedures, where all information about current and upcoming competitions is posted, pre-qualification is carried out, documentation from potential suppliers is checked and envelopes are "opened."
  • Personal account of the contractor, which allows counterparties to interact with the company in the process of preparing a commercial proposal and contractual documentation.

At the same time, subsequent stages, including construction, were accompanied by work in several information systems that do not have a single point of coordination. The portal, developed jointly by Digital Design and the RBI Group, automates the full cycle of interaction with contractors throughout the construction period. It contains a complete list of works for each object, their number in some objects can reach tens of thousands. And, if in the previous version of the portal the contract with the contractor was a scan of a text document, then in the latest version it is a detailed set of data on the totality of activities, where each item was previously agreed with the help of a commercial offer, and then implemented in the system.

The portal facilitates effective planning: after contracting, plans for the entire production cycle are agreed, which can reach 5 years, then they are adjusted online. The solution allows you to make changes remotely, which is important for employees working on site. If adjustments are made to one of the points in the process, the plans are automatically rebuilt throughout the object, and RBI employees monitor and agree on them. Once the work is confirmed, the relevant documents are sent to the payment system - thus the portal covers the entire production cycle.

Our 7-year collaboration with RBI allows us to understand the company's internal processes and develop the functionality of portals, accelerating the timing of decisions and reducing the risk of unforeseen situations during the construction of large facilities. A feature of the Sitefinity-based system was a complex role model - at different stages of construction, different divisions are involved. The platform also made it possible to implement a convenient solution interface, which is important when working with voluminous tables and a large amount of data: filtering mechanisms, information search and system performance come to the rescue.

Solution integrated with, EDMS account system 1C for planning and budgeting, and for e-mail sending notifications. Automation construction of the process on the basis of the portal closes a large amount of work, which was previously carried out piecemeal - this simplifies execution control, makes the process transparent, and information - fast. The system enables you to create various reporting types to monitor the status and actual plan of activities. Tracking the status and quality of each stage is a key point in building an effective construction process.

2017: Release 3

On September 14, 2017, Digital Design announced the completion of the third phase of the RBI-RAMPA project, on which the IT company is working on the order of RBI.

The RBI-RAMPA portal ("Partner Workplace") was launched in 2016 to optimize the work of real estate agencies and their employees with real estate RBI and Northern City. In July 2017, the third phase of the project was completed, within the framework of which the functionality of the workplace of the head of the real estate agency was introduced.

The module extends the capabilities of employee management: the manager gets access to the management of rights to create applications, can control the actions of employees, exclude retired workers. For the convenience of users, a module was introduced that allows the manager to receive notifications about the actions of his employees and the timing of the end of reserves/armor through convenient channels: e-mail and through. messenger Telegram

2016: Stage One

The company "Digital Design" completed in the spring of 2016 the first stage of development and implementation of the RBI-Ramp portal, created for interaction of the Holding RBI (includes companies "Northern City" and RBI) with real estate agencies. The result of the month of operation of the portal is the optimization of the sales process through the B2Bchannel, as well as the constant growth in the number of users.

Digital Design experts, together with RBI Holding experts, launched a portal based on a functional and accessible SiteFinity content management system selected for the possibility of easy extensibility by ASP.Net MVC from Microsoft. Web development capabilities on this platform are almost unlimited. An important task of the first stage was the integration of the portal with enterprise systems: a system for storing information about the 1C inventory and a customer relationship management (CRM) system. On March 1, 2016, the RBI-Ramp portal was launched. Its users are already more than 2500 thousand people (every day about 300 unique visitors). The RBI-RAMPA portal allowed the partners of the Holding to select options from the real estate under construction and book them, as well as ask questions and automatically generate presentations and commercial offers. An important component of the portal is the RBI Business School, aimed at developing the professional and personal competencies of agents.

It is assumed that the work under the next contract will allow connecting the employees of the entire RBI holding to the system, as well as implementing the integration of the implemented product with the company's internal accounting system.

In the spring of 2016, RBI offered the market a modern and transparent mechanism of interaction between the developer and real estate agencies - the RAMPA portal and the RBI Business School, created to optimize the sales process through the B2B channel. In addition to the current real estate base of RBI Holding with a convenient selection system, complete information about objects, on-line booking and reservation of apartments, the RAMPA portal included a wide range of opportunities for professional development and personal self-development - RBI Business School, where you can get additional distance education (seminars, courses, trainings, presentations, etc.).

Over the six months of the portal's work, its advantages and efficiency have already been estimated by more than 3.5 thousand real estate agents collaborating with RBI Holding. During the project implementation, the share of agency transactions in the company's sales structure increased by 13% (as of 31.07, compared to 2015). By the number of agency transactions, given the current dynamics, by the end of the year we can expect an increase of 70-80%. At the same time, the portal constantly continues to expand its functionality. So, on August 22, 201, detailed criteria for selecting apartment options were added, the methodology for compiling presentations for customers was improved, and the settings of the price range became more flexible.

Created "from scratch" based on their own developments, the RAMPA portal and the RBI Business School are the only project of their kind in the real estate market of St. Petersburg. It allows you to achieve the best result in less time: when working with RAMPA, in order to find a suitable apartment, prepare an offer to the client and reserve the object, the agent only needs about 1.5 minutes. RAMPA fully corresponds to the modern lifestyle and pace of work: the current database is available 24 hours a day, anywhere, from any mobile device. The resource is simple and easy to use: all the information needed in sales, information about rewards, a list of existing shares are collected in one place. In addition, RAMPA provides its participants with the opportunity to completely free of charge master new competencies and improve professional qualifications within the framework of the RBI Business School.
