"RDG the Real estate" made the decision on need to automate accounting

Company "1C: The first BIT" was automated by activity of RGD Nedvizhimost Ltd on the platform of the solutions "1C: Accounting 8", the press service of integrator reported on June 5, 2013.

At the Beginning

For accounting at the enterprise the information system which ceased to meet requirements of the company over time was used before. Account of cash flow was kept in the self-written program. When budgeting and forming the management reporting spreadsheets were applied. Many transactions had to be executed manually. The efficiency in accounting was absent.

The new information system was required for the enterprise. As a basis for creation of such system the 1C: Accounting 8 program is selected. Functionality allowed to automate activity of the company without significant completions. The company "1C became the partner in implementation : The first BIT".

Implementation

During the project 1C specialists: The first BIT made installation of the software product, provided user training, developed detailed user instructions. According to requirements of the company a number of atypical reports is finished, tuning of interfaces and user rights is performed.

Result

The information system providing conducting accounting, tax and management accounting is created. As result of implementation - decrease in load of accountant officers, the quantity of manual work is minimized. Speed of formation of the regulated reporting increased. Accuracy of the data increased.
