RIA Novosti on an edge of technology progress in use of CRM

The RIA Novosti news agency implemented a system "NORBIT4MEDIA: management of the media company", the developer company reported on May 14, 2013.

The NORBIT company completed the project in RIA Novosti on transfer from the solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

The updated system allows to use additional opportunities at sales planning, formation of operational analytical reports, the organizations of process of distribution of the customer base between managers of different divisions, selection of an optimal set of products and services and also price offers on them for clients.

Dmitry Gruzdev, the deputy CEO of RIA Novosti, noted: "Application in work of the advanced IT technologies is an important component of success at sales planning. Successful transfer to the new version of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 system allows to use in literal sense of technology of the future for customer interaction and providing new products and services to them".
