RIA Novosti reports service of ICT infrastructure to the third-party contractor

The Technoserv company signed the service provision contract of professional service for support of corporate network of Group of RIA Novosti, the press service of the company reported on June 10, 2013.

Technoserv will render to RIA Novosti a number of services in professional maintenance of a data network. Expert support represents pro-active monitoring which purpose is identification and elimination of potentially "narrow" places of ICT infrastructure: the analysis of the reasons of malfunctions of specific devices, identification of interrelation between them and their cross impact and also development of recommendations about the solution of the arising problems.
