The Republic Ingushetia is improving the system of providing preventive medical care: for this, digital technologies are used that allow accounting and monitoring of indicators for medical examination and preventive medical examinations. This was " TECHLAB announced on February 27, 2024.

The next stage was the introduction in the region of a centralized subsystem "Organization of the provision of preventive medical care (medical examination, dispensary observation, preventive examinations)" and its integration with the medical information system and the regional segment of the unified state information system in the field of health. Now the doctor has access to all information on the patient in one system, and the medical examination will become more effective. The development and integration of relevant digital solutions was carried out by the IT companies TechLAB and Vitakor.

The development of the system of providing preventive medical care in the Republic of Ingushetia includes many aspects, one of which is related to the need to assess analytical and statistical data, monitor various indicators, and the ability to quickly obtain the necessary medical information for the patient.

Various digital tools are used for this:

• In medical institutions, doctors work with MIS (medical information systems), where they enter information about the patient and where medical documents are formed - protocols of consultations and examinations, conclusions, etc.
• At the regional level, the DIN is used - a centralized subsystem that allows you to aggregate, analyze and transmit data directly in the direction of prevention and medical examination, and also allows healthcare organizers to see the whole picture of the region. All this is extremely important in order to make the right management decisions: for example, to prevent outbreaks of epidemics, to control the level of immunization of the population, to increase the number of citizens covered by preventive measures.

As of February 2024, more than 20 hospitals and polyclinics in Ingushetia use the medical information system "RMIS of the Republic of Ingushetia," developed by Vitakor to automate the activities of medical institutions. The data received from this MIS are then aggregated in the centralized subsystem "Organization of the provision of preventive medical care (clinical examination, dispensary observation, preventive examinations)."

The integration of these solutions with each other has been completed, and the DIN is already actively filled with medical data, on the basis of which analytics and reporting are built.

In Ingushetia, we developed and implemented a management IT tool - a centralized subsystem for preventive medical care. It will help in the work of chief freelance specialists, heads of health authorities and, of course, doctors, because now all information on the patient is available in one system, where it is also possible to form patient registries and analytical reports. In December 2023, the final stage of work on the integration of our DIN with the RMIS of the Republic of Ingushetia was completed, now clinical data are already aggregated in the system and are used to improve the quality of preventive care, "says Artyom Magnitsky, Business Development Director IT company" TechLAB.
