Having been faced the need of system implementation of electronic document management on RN-Tuapsenefteprodukt LLC, a choice was made for benefit of the Docsvision system as a system was already implemented in a number of subsidiaries of Rosneft Oil Company and showed at the same time compliance to required functionality. Thanks to system implementation the electronic archive of documents with function of stream input and recognition the scan images was created. Work of office was automated. Besides, creation of a subsystem of normative ensuring business was performed, integration into the SharePoint portal is adjusted.
