As a result of system implementation of TEZIS in one of divisions of the Samara branch RN-service LLC it was succeeded to reduce non-productive costs for 70%. On the basis of the positive effect gained as a result of work in a system the decision to automate document flow in management company and 5 managed companies was made.

Samara ensuring effective interaction by the management company (MC) and remote structural divisions in the territory of the Samara region became the workflow automation purpose in RN-service LLC branch in. The main requirements of company management to an electronic document management system were: a possibility of a full-fledged work through the web client, cross-platform of a system, high degree of fault tolerance of EDMS, capability of the solution to work at low-speed communication channels and also a possibility of creation of flexible schemes of approval between UK and managed companies.

As the EDMS capable to solve problems of the organization, the document management system and tasks of TEZIS was selected. At the initial stage of implementation the "pilot" project in Samara Technical Center LLC during which complex workflow automation, including the module of task management, approval of agreements and electronic office was performed was implemented. Also process of monitoring of the personnel which are in business trips that provides a possibility of effective task scheduling and working time of employees was automated.

Implementation of EDMS in Samarsky ITTs LLC allowed to reduce time expenditure of personnel by approval of agreements for 70% and to accelerate document retrieval process more than by 10 times. Besides, during the project schemes of interaction of division with management company were fulfilled, necessary completions which as much as possible consider unique requirements of the customer, as are carried out from UK, and managed company in general. Thus, successful workflow automation served in Samarsky ITTs LLC as a guarantee of minimum risks at the initial stage of implementation for all structure of RN-service LLC in Samara.

At the beginning of June, 2012 specialists of developer company of HAULMONT conducted preproject examination of all divisions of RN-service LLC branch in Samara, including UK, and in July full-fledged system implementation of TEZIS began. In August, 2012 in management company and 5 managed companies commercial operation of the THESIS system began. Now in EDMS more than 230 documents a week are registered.
