The Neoflex company executed in RN Bank the complex project on creation of the information platform for development of car loans based on own product Neoflex FrontOffice and solutions of FICO company

RN Bank is joint venture of Alliance Renault Nissan (60%) and Groups Unicredit (40%). RN Bank offers financial products and services to private clients and dealers for assistance of acquisition and use of cars of Alliance in Russia. Automation of end-to-end business process of financing of purchase of cars became an important step to achievement of this strategic objective. For commands of Neoflex and RN of Bank implementation of the delivered ambitious plans was this call in the conditions of given a startup project and its temporary restrictions.

Technology basis of business of RN of Bank is Credit Pipeline constructed based on the drawing software module Car loans entering Neoflex FrontOffice product line. It provides automation of all process of crediting, including selection of a credit product, input and verification of credit requests, conducting different checks on external and internal data sources, planning and preparation for the transaction, signing of the contracts and issuance of credits.

Along with own software modules of Neoflex company in structure of the credit pipeline RN of Bank software products of FICO company were also included and successfully implemented: the system of automatic adoption of the credit solution FICO Origination Manager Decision Module (OM DM) and the application for work with arrears of FICO Debt Manager.

During the complex project procedures of work of car dealers with clients on the basis of high corporate standards are unified, work with arrears is automated, distribution of loan agreements by portfolios taking into account terms and volumes of delay and also their grouping depending on a stage of collection work is implemented. Specialists of Neoflex integrated the system of telephony that allows to establish connection with borrowers by means of automatic voice notifications and to effectively distribute work between call center operators on individual call-down of clients.
