At the beginning of December, 2010 in Moscow the IV BPM conference (Business Process Management) took place. Aspects of implementation of BPMS were stated in the report of Vyacheslav Butyrkin, the associate director of project management department and the head of department of business process management of ROSNO. In 2008-2010 in the company implemented the system of the class BPMS (Lombardi TeamWorks), tools of creation of SOA (Sonic SOA Suite), carried out works on integration with the existing information systems (CIS, Navigator, IBM Content Manager, SAP). In the company it was succeeded to automate completely process on settlement of losses of KASKO, partially – process on settlement of losses of the CMTPL (the first and second phases of implementation came to the end by May of the current year). Reduction of time of consideration of an insured event according to the CMTPL, expansion of opportunities of control of completion dates, optimization of human resources became project deliverables of ROSNO, among others.
In 2008 Biay Telecom implemented the project on automation of end-to-end business process "Processing of insurance losses" on a basis BPM/SOA in ROSNO company. The technology of processing of insurance losses was radically improved by transition to the paperless, completely automated and easily upgradeable process. As the main tool a BPM system Lombardi Teamworks which was integrated via the bus Sonic ESB with several existing and new corporate information systems is selected.
Within the project the unified regulations of implementation of process of "Processing of insurance losses" were defined. Process is completely automated with all options of its passing. As a result the quality increased and time of processing of insurance losses was reduced, and, therefore, the customer loyalty increased. Performance of personnel increased and the number of errors due to providing the single interface to employees for work within process instead of a set of the separate systems decreased. There was a basis for implementation of an objective system of motivation of personnel. Also what is important, the basis for evolution on modern IT architecture using BPM and SOA is constructed that will allow to make flexibly and effectively changes to the existing process and to automate other processes of the company. The project showed possibilities of the company to work not only in telecom industry, but also in financial sectors of the market i.e. where rendering services is performed and the process approach is applicable.
