In the Kazan branch of RRT company, the official dealer of Opel cars and Chevrolet, the Carlo system implementation project – the solution created for dealers of General Motors based on the incadea.engine system, an industry product on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform is complete.
Mastering of a DMS system was the beginning in February, 2008. After the Intellect-Service company successfully implemented Carlov the Vologda branch "RRT", the decision to continue the project in Kazan was made. It is supposed that in the future all branches "RRT" will be joint in the general information space that will allow to manage on a centralized basis business processes of purchase and car sale and spare parts, service maintenance, advertizing and marketing campaigns.
Thanks to the fact that in Vologda all standardization effort of business processes of the company was already done all project on deployment and setup of a system took only three weeks. In the course of works modules of management of finance, purchases and car sales and spare parts, by the service center are brought into operation.
The customer calculates that a system will allow to increase considerably the speed and customer service quality that, in turn, is necessary for the further growth of business.
