RRT autoholding implements the solution of automation of the reporting in the IFRS format

In RRT holding implementing solution of preparation of the reporting under IFRS with the assistance of 1C company integrator is complete : The first BIT, the press service of the contractor reported on March 11, 2013.

Start

The project of transition to IFRS began with formation of the internal working group which specialists began to study bases and the theory. In parallel selected auditors whose help was necessary when developing account policy and methodology of formation of statement items in a binding to the Russian accounting. Besides, thinking over beforehand, specialists of RRT holding decided at once - to automate accounting processes as much as possible.

Analyzing possibilities of the existing software products, a choice was made for benefit of the BIT system. Finance: Management accounting. At this stage methodologists and programmers of The First BIT company, authors of this development joined the working group of the project.

Solution

As the platform for a pilot project one of divisions of holding is selected, the Subaru division is rather large segment of the company as a part of which several legal entities located in different regions of Russia. Auditors developed rules of a reporting preparation for this division and shifted the first year.

Along with development of methodology setup of rules of broadcasting in a system was conducted. It allowed to see the theory in practice and if necessary quickly to make corrections.

Result

In 2013 automation of accounting according to IFRS will affect all divisions of RRT holding. Also account policy, developed for the Subaru division governed, will be applied in all company.
