"RSHB-life insurance" automated business sales processes of insurance products using the solution R-Style Softlab

2019: InterBank RS system implementation

On October 1, 2019 the R-Style Softlab company reported that together with RSHB-Strakhovaniye zhizni LLC completed the project on system implementation "RS there is an Insurance" based on the computer programs of "InterBank RS Core".

The implemented system automates processes of a design and sale of insurance products RSHBInsurance of - zhizni LLC and also provides to clients of the company service of access to the purchased insurance products. The unified information system is constructed on the principles omnichannel and its functionality is available in the following channels:

• offices of partners of RSHB-Strakhovaniye zhizni LLC;
• contact center of the company;
• personal account of the client on the website and in mobile applications on platforms Android and iOS;
• website of the company.

Main objective of this project – creation of the system allowing to bring quickly to the market insurance products, to provide clients of the company and workers of partners with a convenient service selling insurance products and to obtain information on earlier issued products. Providing insurance service in remote channels, we increase availability of insurance services, we improve post-sale service, we build customer service processes in a "digital" format at once", noted Andrey Chuyko, the CIO of RSHB-Strakhovaniye zhizni LLC

Clients of RSHB-Strakhovaniye zhizni LLC had an opportunity using the created IT solution remotely to use different services, for example, to make the next payment according to policies of accumulative life insurance or to pay the insurance contract from critical diseases.

The solution is executed based on microservice architecture that allows to bring quickly to the market the appearing products and to modify existing and also provides high reliability and scalability of a system.

When implementing a system special attention was paid to the choice of a technology stack. Solutions are the cornerstone the software products which are entering the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases and having professional support in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Our company has experience of implementation of front office solutions in the banking sector. Based on implementation of this project we managed to enter other for us the market of insurance companies.
