2021: RS Components Digital Infrastructure Transformation
Orange Business Services is transforming the global infrastructure of RS Components - a supplier of electronics, components, tools and consumables for industry and local distributors. Orange Business Services has become the sole contractor for complex managed services: it will digitize omnichannel sales processes and move the RS Components contact center to the cloud. Orange Business Services announced this on April 14, 2021.
The digital transformation of the RS Components infrastructure will reduce operating costs, expand the capabilities of the company, including through the use of current technologies.
