The RT-Inform company (Competence Center on IT and cybersecurity of State Corporation Rostec) announced on September 25, 2017 a victory in tender on rendering maintenance services of work of a data processing center of Rostransnadzor.
Tender results
After a framework of the tender which took place in August, 2017, RT-Inform offered, according to the customer, optimal conditions of service of capacities of DPC and as the result, was recognized by the winner among five participating companies. The cost of the signed contract was more than 20 million rubles.
Technical support of the equipment and software
According to terms of the contract, specialists of the company will perform technical support of the equipment and the system software of data center of Rostransnadzor. In particular, to conduct acceptance and registration of requests for service, consultations covering technical issues on maintenance of the equipment and software, to carry out diagnostics after failures, to perform monitoring, to reveal problems, to set updates, to render other maintenance services of data center aimed at its smooth operation and quality improvement of the provided IT services of the organization.
Development of the web portal
In addition for convenience of the customer it is going to develop the internal technical web portal on which all current information on a status of components of DPC will be consolidated in real time, to be conducted documentation on information systems and subsystems of data center. This solution is designed to simplify and accelerate access to technical documentation and the reference information on DPC that, in turn, will promote reduction of time for prevention of incidents, will increase reliability of all complex of hardware technical means of data center, noted in RT-Inform.
The expected result
In general it is expected that according to the results of the project performance indicators of work of data center of Rostransnadzor will raise, at the same time use of computing powers for performance improvement in operation of applications and information systems of the organization will be optimized.
