RTI implemented the IT system "Purchase managements and treasury"

On March 26, 2018 the RTI concern announced implementation of the IT system "Purchase managements and treasury" which will increase the accuracy and efficiency of the liquidity management of the enterprises. The contract for system implementation is signed with Uniform Service Center (USC) LLC entering into AFK "Sistema".

System implementation "Purchase managements and treasury" based on 1C will allow to automate budgeting processes, will give a planning tool of expenses, operational management of means and will reduce costs for accomplishment of functions of treasury. Automation and unification of procurement procedures, implementation of the uniform qualifier will reduce time of their carrying out and will reduce costs. At present work is already conducted and the single system in the managing director and the subsidiary dependent companies will become its result.

It is not the only IT project which is going to be implemented in holding. The following solutions in the field of automation will be directed to business process automation in such spheres as personnel management, product lifecycle, software developments, project management. Besides, updating of the electronic document management system existing in holding is expected.
