2020: Organization of centralized maintenance of the directory "Counterparties"

In June 2020, Axelot announced that as part of the construction of the Unified Regulatory Reference Information Management System, DATAREON implemented two projects for RTI Group. The first was the organization of centralized maintenance of the directory "Counterparties." During the second project, the exchange of data on the directories "Individuals," "Employees" and "Users" between the systems used in the enterprise was automated.

The "1C: MDM Regulatory Reference Information Management" system and the DATAREON ESB service data bus, which DATAREON specialists set up and implemented in RTI JSC Concern, were used to perform project tasks.

Centralized maintenance of the directory "Counterparties" is organized as follows. Users of subscriber accounting systems form applications for changing the directory "Counterparties" directly in their operating systems. Further, the DATAREON ESB sends requests to "1C: MDM," where the processing of incoming requests is set up automatically.

Using the DATAREON ESB data service bus, an integration circuit was created, which included all the main databases of operational and regulated accounting on the 1C: Enterprise platform, ActiveDirectory and SED on the Tessa platform. In the "1C: MDM" system, automatic matching and mutual enrichment of ActiveDirectory accounts with information about employees from ZUP is implemented. The matched and enriched information is used in the user management loop of RTI Group JSC systems.
