In RTTS the automated system of TEZIS is implemented

In RTTS LLC the automated control system for documents and tasks of TEZIS for specialists of HAULMONT company is implemented.

RTTS LLC is the engineering company developing and proposing solutions on automation of logistic processes at the enterprises performing remote trade on the Internet.

At the beginning of 2011 in RTTS LLC the decision on need of system implementation of electronic document management for increase in effective management of the project documentation was made.

In the course of search of the solution meeting the main requirements of the company a number of systems was considered. The customer looked for the "boxed" solution of the multi-user EDMS performing functions of storage of electronic documents and information with different levels of confidentiality, a possibility of differentiation of the user access rights, and developed by the system of document retrieval.

To the main preferences of RTTS company, the low complex cost of the solution and convenience of using of a system belonged: simplicity of input of documents in archive, simplicity of drawing up requests for document retrieval. Served as important criteria also: system operation speed, completeness of the "boxed" solution, and ease of administration of EDMS.

In the fall of 2011 in RTTS LLC there took place remote implementation of the automated control system for documents and tasks of TEZIS by specialists of HAULMONT company. Since October, 2011 a system is in commercial operation.

"It was difficult to us to find the system suitable under all our criteria taking into account limitation of budgets. The THESIS system met our requirements, all planned tasks at this stage are successfully solved", - the head of department of business processes of RTTS LLC Evgeny Zinovyevich Shishigin reports.
