I-Teco has implemented a laboratory information management system at Rusvietpetro

2025: DES.LIMS.Pro Implementation

Inviatech (part of the Aiteko Group I-Teco) has implemented a project to create and implement its own laboratory information management system based on DES.LIMS.Pro for the oil and gas company IC RUSVYETPETRO. This was reported by "I-Teco" on September 23, 2025.

The main objectives of the project were to automate quality control processes, increase the availability of laboratory test results and optimize information management for prompt adoption of correct management decisions. To achieve the set tasks, the domestic solution DES.LIMS.Prossy development of the I-Teco Group of Companies was chosen.

As a result of the implementation, about 100 test methods were automated and 22 standard reporting forms were developed. As of September 2025, about 30 employees use the system. Each year, the system records approximately 11,000 samples and over 700,000 laboratory results.

We believe we have taken another important step in the digital transformation of our assets by implementing DES.LIMS.Pro. Thanks to the system, the labor productivity of employees of the laboratory of physical and chemical research increased by 7% - said Matavin Evgeny, Head of the Department of Automation, Metrology, Information Technologies and Communications of SK RUSVYETPETRO LLC.

The implementation of the project made it possible to increase the efficiency of data processing and transparency of accounting for laboratory information, improving quality control and speeding up access to results. As part of the DES.LIMS.Pro solution, the modules "Laboratory Operations," "Regulatory Reference Information," "Reports," "Intermediate Control," "Integration" and "Equipment" were introduced.

Our task was to provide RUSVIETPETRO with a convenient tool for product quality management that meets world standards and is fully based on domestic developments. The automation of the laboratories made it possible to promptly provide management with the necessary information for making important management decisions. The results of the implementation showed that we successfully coped with the task.
