The Japanese company UNIQLO develops, makes and implements a casual dress more than in 940 shops worldwide. In 2009 the company created the Russian branch YUNIKLO (RUS) LLC and active preparation for opening of the first UNIQLO shop in Moscow began.

Project works of automation began to be carried out in "UNIQLO (RUS)" even before opening in Russia of the first shop of the company. Within the project it was required to automate conducting operational accounting, accounting and tax accounting according to the Russian legislation and also formation of the regulated reporting. Besides, it was necessary to provide conducting personnel records, payroll in a system.

The decision on creation of an information system on the basis of the application solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform as functionality of this software product most satisfied to needs of the customer was made. As the contractor the 1C: Automation company (1C: Franchisee, Moscow) which specialists suggested to automate also a time recording on the basis of own development "1C: Automation was selected. Management of working time". In addition to execution of works on the project the company undertook to render to the customer of service in lease of the server for placement on it information base of an automated system.

Application solution "1C: Automation. The management of working time" allows to organize an effective system of accounting and control of working time of personnel of the company.

Program capabilities allow to register time of arrival and departure of employees, to provide company management with information on the absent employees and the reasons of their absence, to create primary data for payroll.

The solution can interact with one or several checkpoints, registering events of arrival and care in one information base. In the course of registration of the fact of pass there is an identification of the employee and also his data taking into account the working schedule and division which this employee treats are checked.

As data loggers with a system it is possible to use biometric scanners, readers of plastic cards and scanners of the barcode. The software product supports operation of scanning devices of BioLink Technologies Inc company in which identification of the employee is executed using scanning of a fingerprint. Work with other models of data loggers requires preliminary individual testing of model.

For information analysis reports "Presence at office", "Absence at office", "The report on events", "A status of employees", "Deviations from the working schedule of the employee", etc. are provided in the solution.

The report "Presence at office", for example, allows to create the list of employees who are present in the territory of the company at the time of report generation, with indication of their position and time of arrival for work. Obtain information on all events for the period on a certain checkpoint, for division or the employee it is possible using "The report on events". The report of "A deviation from the working schedule of the employee" gives the chance to analyze deviations from the working schedule of the employee in hours on days for the specified period and also total values of a worked time and deviations.
