Choosing a Solution

Due to the rapid growth JSC Radioavionica JSC made the decision on implementation of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project Server for elimination of the following problems:

• Lack of an effective and transparent planning tool and monitoring of project activity of the company;
• Lack of the relevant reporting under loading of specialists in a project portfolio
• Lack of the operational reporting on the course of projects.

Project Progress

Implementation of an automated system consisted of three stages:

• Deployment of a farm of SharePoint and Project Server was performed.
• Integration with the Accounting System of 1C was configured.
• The normative reference information and the reporting is created.

Before commissioning key user training was provided, instructions are prepared. Experienced Radioavionica JSC and West Concept of operation of a system by specialists became the obligatory final stage. During a real project work specialists could estimate return and effects of application of the developed system.

Result

As a result, after the enormous work which is carried out by specialists of West Concept Radioavionica JSC company achieved the following objectives: ISUP – transparency and controllability:

• Consolidation of all project information in uniform storage;
• Management of terms;
• Resource management, optimization of use of resources;
• Effective project communications;
• The centralized collective work of employees with the schedule of projects according to role structure of project management in the company;
• Change management;
• Portfolio management;
• The operational reporting on the project progress and the register of projects for company management and project managers;
• The accompanying purposes are SMK and ZP.

• Control of performing discipline;
• Business process optimization of work with documents;
• Regulation of business processes of work with documents;
• Increase in efficiency of personnel.

After the large-scale project which is carried out by West Concept company, JSC Radioavionica JSC is going to continue cooperation.
