2020: Installation of two updated ATMs

Raiffeisenbank announced on September 9, 2020 updating of the park of ATMs: by the end of the first quarter 2021 of 20% of ATM network will make structures recyclers of South Korean producer Hyosung. The pilot project with the first two ATMs of a latest model of this brand was complete in August, 2020. Now clients of bank will be able to make operations on introduction of means three times faster, at the same time many operations can be performed without contact at the expense of NFC.

The models selected by Raiffeisenbank have optimum characteristics for installation in shopping centers and zones of self-service. They are easier and more compact that allows to deliver the ATM in a zone, more convenient for clients, in shopping center.

ATMs are equipped with the wide screen (40% more). It allows to provide information on transactions more visually for the client. Besides, the updated model of the ATM issues and accepts at clients three times more notes in comparison with the previous generation of devices of acceptance of cash. One more key difference of devices is their high reliability due to use of the last type of the module of recognition of notes.

We see the stable interest of clients in transactions of cash deposit and we connect it with growth of penetration of online channels – to clients important at any time to have an opportunity to deposit funds for the card or to recharge. Now to remove and deposit money even more simply and quicker — the head of group on development of devices of self-service of Raiffeisenbank Konstantin Khudyakov told.

Raiffeisenbank is going to use the updated models of ATMs for service quality improvement. In particular, the bank will start the personalized communication at each use of the ATM for clients individuals and also will continue to develop services for business. March, 2021 the bank is going to finish a share of ATMs recirculators in the network to 55%.
