Electronic checks are already received by all buyers who have confirmed their email address when registering with the retailer's loyalty program. But even if the person did not have time to confirm their address, the store employee will quickly perform this simple operation during checkout.

According to our observations, paper checks are asked to print only about 20% of buyers. At the same time, some of them may change their minds and still request a copy of the document immediately at the checkout or within some time. Therefore, we are confident that our customers will appreciate the convenience of electronic checks. It saves a lot of time for people who monitor costs and want to always have on hand information about their purchases. And it also helps to take care of the environment: by refusing a paper check, we save cash tape and reduce the amount of garbage, "said the Alexey Baulin CEO of the Rainbow Smile network.

The Rainbow Smile began introducing electronic checks in St. Petersburg stores in the spring and, after successful testing, scaled the solution to all regions of the network's presence. The retailer notes that under current law, an electronic check can be sent within 28 days from the date of purchase. But in practice, network buyers receive the necessary information by e-mail almost immediately after making payment at the checkout.
