"Ramensky Road Construction College" will begin training at the Russian OS "Rosa"

2025: Rosa Chrome OS Supply Agreement

JSC "STC IT ROSA" and GBPEI MO "Ramensky Road Construction College" signed an agreement on cooperation on the use and implementation of Russian operational systems and software products in the educational process. This was announced by NTC IT Rosa on November 17, 2025.

Under this agreement, students and teachers of the technical school will be able to work on domestic software, including the ROSA Chrome operating system.

As part of the agreement, the company transfers to the technical school educational materials and distributions of its systems, as well as provides 203 educational licenses for ROSA Chrome and the right to train teachers with subsequent certification. The parties also agreed to jointly develop practical cases and textbooks, conduct career guidance events for students aimed at popularizing domestic technologies and creating conditions for students to undergo production practice on the basis of STC IT ROSA.

The agreement also provides for the introduction into the educational process, which includes lectures and practical classes on operating systems, including the ROSA OS family, as well as Russian office packages.

Our cooperation with Ramensky Technical School is a contribution to the formation of a new IT culture, where students learn to work on domestic systems from the very beginning. We are creating an ecosystem in which education, technology and practice go hand in hand, "said Vyacheslav Kadomsky, Director for Strategic Development of the STC IT ROSA.

Thanks to our partnership with ROSA, we can train specialists who work confidently on Russian operating systems and office platforms. This is a step towards real import substitution not in words, but in practice, - commented the director of the SBPOU MO "Ramensky Road Construction College."
