Manufacturing Agency KISLOROD Team Automates Wholesale supplier of tiles, plumbing and bathroom furniture "Real Ceramics." The B2B portal has greatly optimized the order processing process. This was announced by representatives of KISLOROD on June 3, 2025.

Real Ceramics is a wholesale importer of tiles, plumbing, bathroom furniture and lighting, which supplies goods from Europe, China and India.

Based on the needs of the Real Ceramics business, one of the KISLOROD solutions was proposed to introduce a B2B portal on 1C-Bitrix with the ability to place orders, track their status and current balances in warehouses, and communicate with a personal manager. It was also necessary to integrate the catalog, balances and prices from 1C with the bonus system and personal account.

We have adapted the B2B portal to the specific tasks of Real Ceramics, despite the complexity and scope of the requirements. To reduce time and labor costs, we proposed alternative implementation approaches that retained the necessary functionality.

Zhukov clarified that the key factor in success was the well-coordinated experience of the team and employees of Real Ceramics. The implementation of the finished solution passed with minimal changes, which made it possible to quickly put it into operation.

After the launch of the main functionality, the KISLOROD team carried out comprehensive work, including the configuration, integration and refinement of the B2B portal:

  • Import images of goods through XML (due to upload restrictions from 1C).
  • Flexible pricing is a choice between retail and wholesale price.
  • Column "Benefit" - automatic calculation of price difference.
  • Improved search by code, article and product name.
  • The new structure of the ceramic tile catalog is a display by brand and collection.
  • Displays the inventory balances in the catalog and item master record.
  • Comments on orders - Automatically send notifications to the buyer and manager.
  • Information about goods "on the go" - synchronization with 1C.
  • Loyalty program - accrual, write-off and bonus notifications.

After the launch of the B2B portal, we have significantly accelerated the process of ordering, and our dealers are now working faster thanks to a convenient interface. Also, the transfer of customers to self-service reduced the burden on employees and reduced the number of telephone requests. An additional plus is the updated interface and the implemented bonus system, which increases customer loyalty and stimulates sales.
