Red Yar (PiterSoft: Process management)

"The Red Yar production company (Red Yar PC) specializes in production and delivery of reservoirs and distribution stations for the oil and gas industry.

In the spring of 2012 in the company the decision on implementation of the modern information management system by the enterprise which had to provide an exit of the enterprise to the leading positions in the industry was made. There was a wish to receive the flexible, reliable tool for business process management, proceeding at the enterprise. The possibility of implementation of the comprehensive accounting reflecting a status of documents, finance and the real situation in production was the main requirement. The head of any link had to have an opportunity to obtain up-to-date information about current situation on its section.

According to the recommendation already using such system of JSC Altayvitaminy (Biysk) it was selected for a role of the supplier of the solution which conformed to all our requirements, PiterSoft company and the program "PiterSoft: Process management".

The decision to define, formalize and describe business processes of the enterprise "was made as is" and to test them in the course of work in the program "PiterSoft: Process management". Further the plan provided business process optimization, start of the program in an operating mode by forces of the employees, optimization of electronic document management and increase in discipline of users, building and setup of all documentary and organizational processes at the enterprise.

Work on formalization and business process modeling and also consolidation of the software product "PiterSoft was carried out: Process management" with the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration which is already set at the enterprise for work in the single database.

On the first of November, 2012 program "PiterSoft: Process management" was started in the test mode. All basic documentary processes at the enterprise are formalized, simulated and implemented:

• Process of acceptance of Inventories on a warehouse from suppliers in which all responsible persons participate, beginning from the security guard to the accountant.
• Process of approval of agreements.
• Processes of internal and external document flow.
• Organizational processes (orders, instructions, etc.).
• The electronic archive which is a part of the main functionality of the program "PiterSoft is started in work: Process management".

Works on further optimization of already implemented processes are conducted.

In total at the first stage of 19 of 45 users of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management became contractors of tasks or initiators of processes. By this moment of such users already 30. After implementation of the automated production processes and automation of a budgeting system of all 55 licenses will be involved.

Thanks to the tools which are built in the program based on the saved-up statistical data about work of the enterprise, company management and employees can define "bottlenecks" and in time take measures for their elimination. A system independently defines the sequence of the movement of documents and reminds workers of timeliness of decision making and providing the reporting on accomplishment of tasks that it increases performing discipline in general.

The Red Yar PC was provided with the effective instrument of generation of the most different reports. At any moment it is possible to make the necessary selection of data of the database on the partner, on division of the enterprise, on the temporary period, on work of the specific contractor, on document type, according to the specific project or the order and also practically on any ratio of the data selected for the report. All primary documentation is loaded into the database using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program, and "PiterSoft: Process management" helps to manage these data more flexibly.
