2023: Launch of the recommendation system
Loymax on June 9, 2023 announced the launch of a machine learning-based recommendation system - Machine Learning (ML), which made it possible to generate millions of personal offers for customers of the large Red Yar deli chain every month. The ROI was more than 180%, and the conversion of buyers was up to 10%.
As part of the project, Loymax launched the Loymax ML module. Machine Learning is the most relevant solution for automatic selection of promo mechanics for each customer, based on a number of strategies. The key strategies that are being implemented within the framework of personal proposals in the Krasny Yar retail chain are an increase in the average buyer check and work with outflow.
According to the results of the pilot period of the Loymax system implementation, Krasny Yar received an increase in retail turnover (RTO) of the network in the range of 1-2%, conversion to buyers up to 10%, and gross income minus operating costs remained positive. The Loymax-based platform paid for itself in the first stages of implementation - the ROI was more than 180%.
The Machine Learning module is designed to analyze all historical customer data, generate product offers and launch up to 10 million promotions per day.
