2025: Implementation of "1C: Trade Management "
"Benchmark" doubled the speed of order processing thanks to "1C: Trade Management." Axioma-Soft announced this on August 11, 2025.
Etalon, a supplier of spare parts for tractors, special equipment and trucks to the regions of the Russian Federation and the CIS, has achieved a good result: the speed of processing wholesale orders has doubled. Axioma-Soft not only implemented, but also adapted the 1C: Trade Management system for the specifics of the Etalon business with a staff of 35 people.
Before automation, Etalon managers spent a lot of time manually searching for the necessary goods in the catalog and their analogues, which greatly slowed down the processing of each order. Sales from the online store were not displayed anywhere, creating additional difficulties.
Specialists of Axioma-Soft have set up and finalized "1C: Trade Management." The updated catalog of goods right in the list shows balances in warehouses, prices and reserves - without the need to form unnecessary reports. The selection of analogues has significantly accelerated and simplified: convenient functionality allows managers to quickly find and offer replacements to customers, and analogues are automatically associated with the main goods. Working with prices has become more flexible due to the possibility of setting prices from several invoices, prompt comparison with the current prices of competitors and viewing prices for analogues.
Automation also affected marketing processes: the system itself now removes labels like "Novelty" or "Popular" after a given period has expired. The Sales Order document has been significantly optimized to include the total order weight, a table with the customer's debt (amount, days in arrears), the availability of goods in warehouses, flexible settings for displaying additional prices and the amount by brand. It became possible to specify goods without price (invisible when printing) and functionality for splitting an order from a counterparty partner. Now it is impossible to go to a document that is already open and edited by another user - the system immediately notifies that it is busy.
The purchasing process is also optimized: a mechanism has been developed that automatically combines several orders from one supplier into one new one, excluding already delivered goods. Old orders are closed with information about the new merged order, and the manager continues to work with it.
For the convenience of working with the online store, integration was implemented: in the "1S:UT" added the sign "Upload to the site" for groups of goods. If this characteristic is set, the entire group and its elements are automatically uploaded to the site, which has established a data flow.
The introduction of the revised solution brought significant and measurable advantages to Etalon. The speed of processing orders has increased 2 times, freeing managers from the routine to solve more strategic tasks. Sales through the online store have increased markedly due to the well-established data flow. The profitability of the business has increased - now, in the absence of the main product, customers much more often agree to the proposed replacement from analogues. The accuracy of pricing and the calculation of markups has reached a new level thanks to advanced price analysis tools. Finally, the efficiency of data management has increased by 3 times due to detailed settings and optimized user interfaces.
