On March 27, 2019 SmartDeal together with REGION group announced carrying out the mortgage transaction with electronic registration of the real estate. From REGION Group three companies took part in the transaction. The transaction on standards of National Factory of the Mortgage with digital registration of the mortgage was performed in CB RUSNARBANK.

Thanks to the REGION Depository company which offered complex service in storage and accounting of electronic mortgages and the solution on interaction with services of Rosreestr SmartDeal, a wide range of credit institutions get access to electronic registration of any secondary market transactions of the real estate, including mortgage, requiring registration of the mortgage. Earlier they were available only to large players.
