In September, 2017 the EcoSoft company reported that Lexema-Erp.Upravleniye gas stations in Regionpostavk implemented.

According to the company, the following was the purposes of automation:

• Control of consumption of fuel and identification of violators and abuses.
• The centralized operational management of work of gas station.
• Quality improvement of planning of deliveries and optimization of fuel reserves and the accompanying products.
• Possibility of acceptance of management decisions on the basis of reliable operational information.
• Increase in a customer loyalty due to use of the different discounted systems and work with fuel cards.

In the project the following functions are implemented:

• Automation, connection and accounting in the system of all indicators of the AGZS hardware Production management, a system is integrated with sensors of level meters and management systems for a fuel and distributing complex.
• The automated workplace of the operator of gas station, allows to conduct retail trade gas, gasolines and joint products.
• Creation of reports on data of implementation, fuel receipt, a remaining balance in real time at the central office in different cuts (replaceable, daily, commodity reports).
• Work with discount programs for cash and non-cash payment.
• Work with fuel cards.
• Operational accounting of existence and condition of equipment of AGZS.
• Accounting of agreements, work with debit and creditor debts.
• Management of pricing.
• System of the analytical reporting.
• Integration with an accounting system of 1C.
