Company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project of setting of accounting and tax accounting in repair and construction management Remstroy of implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Elite constructions. Accounting", the press service of the company reported on August 1, 2013.

Project Background

Before in the company the self-written software product was used. A system caused inconveniences in operation. Process the large volume of information it is problematic. It was necessary to enter manually data in the register, several times to check their reliability. On report generation a lot of time and forces left. For the purpose of process optimization of conducting accounting and tax accounting the decision to implement the specialized program "1C:Enterprise 8 is made . Elite constructions. Accounting".

The project was performed by 1C specialists: The first BIT. They installed and configured a system, provided user training. With implementation the possibility of automatic exercise of transactions appeared:

• keep account of own and subcontract works;
• keep account of settlement with suppliers, customers, subcontractors and buyers;
• keep account of accomplishment of stages of works and payments on each object and the customer;
• keep account of deviations from the standard for write-off of materials;
• execute bilateral and multilateral offsets;
• keep account of motor transport and fuel and lubricants;
• create the reconciliation statement for the period on the selected partner with a possibility of his opening in Excel;
• create a detailed report about existence and the movement of materials on quantity and the amount on each warehouse.
