Solvo.WMS in a warehouse of the producer of Renaissance Kosmetik household chemicals

The SOLVO company completed at the end of 2016 the project of automation of a finished goods warehouse and raw-material storage and materials of the producer of household chemicals and cosmetics beyond the Urals - Renaissance Kosmetik companies, producer of household chemicals and cosmetics under own trademarks and also the private lable trademarks for such retailers as OK, the Tape, the Magnet, Maria-Ra and many others. The company releases more than 500 product names.

In 2015 the new warehouse complex of the company of 15,000 sq.m for which increase in effective work the decision on implementation of a modern management system of the class WMS was made was put into operation. Company management Renaissance of Kosmetik made a choice for benefit of the solution Solvo.WMS which successfully works at many production warehouses across all Russia.

According to the results of the project, Solvo.WMS integrated with a head system from 1C Company covers all processes in a warehouse: intake of raw materials on a warehouse, its transfer to production, acceptance, shipment of finished goods to customers. Thanks to the Solvo.WMS system, it was succeeded to reduce costs and labor costs by warehouse logistics, to ensure accurate functioning on FIFO, to reduce regrading and overloads of products. Specialists of Renaissance Kosmetik company note that the warehouse became more "transparent". Besides, implementation of WMS positively influenced adjacent divisions of the company: production planning, sales planning that, in general, increased efficiency business of processes of the producer of household chemicals and cosmetics.
