2020: System implementation of Smart Fraud Detection

Vozrozhdeniye bank Fazzi Lodzhik of Labs selected the Smart Fraud Detection system of the company from quality an antifraud of the solution for observance of requirements of NSCP for the System of Fast Payments. Announced this Fuzzy Logic Labs on December 16, 2020. System implementation of Smart Fraud Detection gives additional opportunities to a security service of bank on risks assessment on the party of clients of participants of SBP of Banks of Payers and Banks of Receivers. In addition to check of transactions on external, internal fraud and money muling a system uses indicators of suspicious transactions of bank according to the risk assessment models set by the Bank of Russia.

The Smart Fraud Detection system is a cross-channel fraud detection system in real time by method of the analysis of the arriving transactions in different channels of customer service: in remote banking of retail and corporate business, mobile and SMS bank, payment terminals, processing of plastic cards. Also a system checks transactions through IVR, the staff of call center or messengers and controls actions of employees of the bank, including using microphones and cameras.

Implementation an antifraud of the Smart Fraud Detection system helps to reduce the risks arising on the party of Clients of Participants of SBP including risk of money transfer and mass transfers without the consent of the client; risk of disclosure of data, including personal data and also data which are bank secrecy; the reputational risks connected with damage of a goodwill.
