Konica Minolta Business Solutions Russia transferred Renault Russia offices to full outsourcing of print infrastructure and copy service.

During the project, a large-scale optimization of the fleet of printing devices, a restructuring of the administrative, economic and IT budgets of the client was carried out. Konica Minolta employees conducted a two-stage audit at the Renault Russia head office and proposed a scheme for optimizing the entire printing infrastructure. Today, the equipment fleet consists of 81 pieces of equipment and includes color and monochrome personal printers and MFIs of the A3 and A4 format. All office staff of the company were also trained. The project was completed within 11 months in 5 customer offices.

"Our approach allowed the client to migrate smoothly to the equipment of the new manufacturer, without requiring significant and unplanned budget expenditures in the purchase of equipment," comments Vladimir Dementiev, head of corporate sales at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Russia. As planned, as part of the service support for print outsourcing, Konica Minolta provides uniform service conditions and cost for all Renault Russia offices. The company constantly tracks applications from the client, monitoring the quality of work.

Konica Minolta proposes to further use the Secure Print print management system with advanced functionality. Secure Print protects document privacy through user identification and print access control, and protects documents even when moving between offices.
