The international company WaveAccess acted as the technology partner of the project on development of complex IT solution for the supplier of a medical ScrubPort — RepScrubs uniform. WaveAccess reported about it on September 15, 2017.
Project Tasks
To the customer — the supplier of a medical ScrubPort uniform — the solution thanks to which doctors could receive in hospital pre-paid sterile set in the vendor device by ID number and the PIN code and to fill up the account via the web portal was required. It was also important to provide report generation for all participants of a system: for the owner of business, sellers of a uniform, hospitals and buyers.
Project Progress
The WaveAccess command solved all assigned tasks, having integrated API (the program interface of the application) of vendor automatic machines with the CRM system through special intermediate base.
As a backend-system the solution Microsoft Dynamics CRM which allowed to locate infrastructure in a cloud, in geographical proximity from the user was selected. Through CRM the owner of business traces information on all accounts and on the basis of it builds statistics. The CRM system, along with the intermediate database, is integrated with payment systems and is responsible for all transactions with credit cards.
On ASP.NET MVC technology specialists of WaveAccess developed the web portal which opens data access from Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It contains sections for users, distributors of goods and administrators of points of sale. Here the staff of hospitals can be registered and recharge, also the autoreplenishment mechanism is fixed. In hospital for receiving set it is enough to doctor to enter the PIN and ID of the client. If he forgot to make advance payment, then to make purchase, it is rather simple to call the operator and to call the ID — the token of payment system is stored in the CRM system.
Implementation Results
Specialists of WaveAccess integrated the CRM system and the user portal — the cloud solution allows to implement disposable sets of a sterile medical apparel via vendor devices in hospitals of the USA.
The major project task was to configure obtaining reports via the interface of the CRM system. Reports are necessary for sales department — collects trade analytics on each vending machine, hospitals — monitor the commission put by it, to consumers — trace own expenses and the account status. The complexity is that in Microsoft Dynamics CRM there is no necessary service of reports, but we managed to bypass this problem with the help of the solution DevExpress Reporting. Now reports are generated according to schedules in the configured subscriptions and go by mail in the form of a PDF investments — Sergey Gusev, the head CRM experts of WaveAccess told. |
