The representation the MFA of Russia in Rostov-on-Don automates document flow based on the system Case developed by Electronic Office Systems company. The project is executed by Space 2 company (Rostov-on-Don).
Staff of Representation selected EDMS Case as the most full meeting the requirements of office-work in public institutions. Besides, a system is simple in implementation and operation.
At the first stage of the project registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence will be executed. Further expansion of application of a system for the organization of full electronic document management is planned.
