The Respirator scientific and production enterprise of Tekhnodinamika holding uses technology of modeling of objects by method of layer-by-layer fusing (FDM). the 3D-printer is involved in the developmental works which are carried out at the enterprise.
The technology of FDM printing allows to create three-dimensional products layer-by-layer using putting the melted plastic thread. The turned-out object in accuracy repeats circuits of the digital model designed in the specialized program.
The 3D-printer on NPP Respiratore has two coils of plastic threads that significantly expands possibilities of the device. One of coils can act as auxiliary, creating a readily soluble substrate for the main product. The supporting structures, thus, reduce the probability of defects on printing object body. Besides, existence of two coils of threads allows to print in different flowers the same type of plastic during creation of uniform model.
FDM printing is used mainly for creation model and prototypes of the new equipment.

Technologies of FDM printing are used on production of Respirator for visualization of drawings. Similar approach allows to minimize quantity of the rejected parts.
