The Arkan company, the federal operator of services of security, announced in November, 2011 implementation of the personal systems of the emergency reaction and protection of elderly people and physically disabled people in the Moscow region.

The project is implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of social protection of the population of Moscow area.
Project Tasks
The Lasso system ensures personal safety, daily remote control of health and condition monitoring of the person by social services and also operational provision of services of emergency medical service. At home at elderly people and physically disabled people the complex of technical means which includes "disturbing" bracelets, security sensors reacting to penetration into the premises, and a control panel is installed.
The "disturbing" bracelet by the form reminding hours is put on a hand. In case of need it is enough to press the button located on a bracelet. The disturbing signal automatically comes to the district center of social service of the population where the automated workplace of the operations duty officer and also in the Federal monitoring center "Arkan" is equipped.
The operations duty officer contacts social workers or relatives and, depending on a situation, emergency medical service and other emergency services. It allows to render timely the necessary medico-social assistance elderly and to physically disabled people who need special attention and care.
