Restavration N LLC is the investment construction company founded in 1993. It is one of the first Moscow development companies. Premium of a class working in a segment of the real estate in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Priority activity of the company is construction of exclusive residential complexes in the historic center of Moscow — the prestigious Area of Khamovniki. The basic principle of work which became the key to success of the company — timely and accurate accomplishment of obligations and careful attitude to the city, its traditions, stories and to architectural appearance. Executing a full stroke of works on implementation of investment projects, invariable attention is paid by specialists of the company to quality of objects. Each built building — the unique construction which does not have analogs in Russia.
Project History
The principles of a company performance of "Restavration-N" based on the best service of the customer and business development dictate the companies and the new terms of the organization of internal business processes. To optimize interaction and to arrange the movement of documents, top management of Restavration-N company made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management and interaction management of DIRECTUM.
The main tasks of the project became:
- organization of electronic document management,
- creation of electronic storage of documents,
- quick search of documents in a system.
Implementation of 70 licenses of the Basic modules DIRECTUM allowed to automate the main business processes connected with the movement of documents and to accelerate work with documents at all stages of their lifecycle. In addition to Basic modules, modules Office and Contract management were used. The electronic archive of documents is organized using service of file storages – DIRECTUM Storage Services.
At the beginning of the project, were studied by specialists of TANAIS company business process of Restavration-N company, connected with document flow and the draft decision is drafted. Processes of approval and document approval in a system were in actual practice fulfilled and optimized. For the purpose of approval streamlining dokume6ntov the technology of electronic digital signatures is implemented, the certificate authority is set. For the documents requiring the invariable content and confirmation of authorship the EDS is used.
Employees of the customer noted high-quality changes in work of office:
- process of registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence is started;
- the principles of poobjektovy (project) accounting of documents and technical documentation are implemented;
- function of control of execution of documents on DIRECTUM technology is automated.
Implementation of investment and construction activity requires ordered work with the large volume of the contractual documents requiring registration and approval that managed to be implemented with implementation of the module "Contract management".
As a result of implementation of electronic document management remote workers of Restavratsii-N had an opportunity to work in a system through web access. During the project all key divisions of the customer, and in plans of further development of the project – training and transition of all staff of Restavratsii-N to work in the DIRECTUM system are automated.
