2022: Optimization of deliberative processes with the help of ISCO "Areopad "

On February 2, 2022, Digital Design announced that in 2021 Rimera Group of Companies began to use the Areopad information system of collegiate bodies to optimize advisory processes within the company. The project was implemented by specialists of Digital Design.

The Rimera Group of Companies unites equipment to production oil-extracting and service companies for organizations. The fuel and energy complex company adheres to important principles of corporate governance, including openness and transparency of internal procedures and processes for shareholders, business partners state , regulators and personnel, as well as constant informing of stakeholders about all aspects of their activities. These principles cannot be respected without regular internal communication between management and specialists of different levels. In total, the group of companies employs more than 5,000 people, and dozens of meetings are held weekly.

Advisory processes of collegial bodies in Rimera Group of Companies are optimized due to the introduction of a box solution "Areopad" within the framework of the project implemented in the spring of 2021. ISCO Areopad from Digital Design fully automates the process of holding meetings of the Boards of Directors and committees: from the formation of a calendar of events to the preparation of a draft final protocol. In "Areopad" you can work computer with or on mobile application (tablet including offline). The system provides data security and application, algorithms cryptography which in the case of a request can be supplemented by enhanced qualified (for electronic signature legally significant voting). ISCO Areopad greatly simplifies the work with documentation to members of collegiate bodies and secretaries, which increases the efficiency of management. business processes

As part of the project with Rimera Group of Companies, work was carried out to install the solution on the customer's server, adapt it to the corporate style and brand book of the company. Further, Areopad ISCO was tested on the business process "Corporate Decision Making by Collegiate Management Bodies," taking place inside Rimer Group of Companies. After the testing was completed, the specialists of Digital Design organized training for users on working with the system and handed it over to the company technical support. As of February 2, 2022, Digital Design continues to provide warranty services to the implemented system for possible issues from users, and is also working on the release of updates.

ISCO Areopad is a system tested in practice by many companies. When we had a question about the introduction of such a decision, we already knew who to turn to. Our joint project with Digital Design was implemented quickly enough, and we confidently use its results. Meetings of collegiate management bodies in Rimera Group of Companies are held mainly using the Areopad system.
