JSC Roads and Bridges, in partnership with Isource, is implementing a large-scale procurement digitalization project.

Automation of supply processes for JSC Roads and Bridges includes gathering the needs of departments and services, forming lots, and conducting purchases. The company has implemented an electronic trading platform and a supplier portal, under which potential partners can be accredited. The project was implemented in 9 months.

'In 2024, Roads and Bridges, in partnership with Isource Processor, plans to replicate the solution into 15 branches and 4 assets. Next year, it is expected to introduce a reporting and end-to-end analytics module, as well as a quality management module, "says Roman Medvedev, Deputy General Director for Digitalization of Roads and Bridges JSC.
