Roca Santejnica (SAP ERP)

The GMCS company (file) completed the project on development of the information management system on the SAP platform in the company of Fate of Plumbing fixtures, affiliated enterprise of the international producer of sanitary ceramics Roca Group.

ERP system was implemented in the Russian division within replication of a business model in all companies of group. Replication was begun by the Spanish specialists, and completed by the Russian company integrator. Corporate solution was localized taking into account specifics of the Russian accounting and requirements for formation of the regulated reporting.

Within the project accounting of non-current assets was adapted, processes of formation of cost of the capital investments are processed, banking activities are automated, tax accounting is configured. The performed works, by the customer's estimates, allowed to reduce terms of closing of the period and to receive the most exact indicators of business activities.

Localization of procurement processes of goods and materials, productions and implementations of finished goods should become the next step on adaptation of a system.
