2025: Risk Management Loop Automation in "1C:ERP. Holding Management "

1C:April Soft automated the risk management circuit in "1C:ERP. Holding management "for LLC" Rockvul. " 1C: April Soft announced this on January 30, 2026.

In the summer of 2025, the company decided to launch a project to automate risk management and internal control processes by refining, modifying, adapting the existing corporate information system (CIS) based on the software product 1CERP":. Holding Management. " The works concerned the following blocks:

  1. Reference Information Block.
  2. Block "Self-monitoring (Survey)."
  3. External Audit Block.
  4. Block "Formation of Risk Management Reports."

The key goal is to automate the risk management and internal control process.

The main objectives of the project are:

  • Maintain a common risk register by business process.
  • Risk assessment.
  • Development of control procedures for risk management.
  • Conduct self-assessment of control procedures.
  • Formation of an annual plan for testing the effectiveness of control procedures.
  • Establish corrective action plans for identified violations and monitor their implementation.
  • Creation of tasks by the person responsible based on the action plan.
  • Reporting.

The following tasks were assigned to the developed system:

  • Maintain a common risk register by business process.
  • Risk assessment.
  • Development of control procedures for risk management.
  • Conduct self-assessment of control procedures.
  • Formation of an annual plan for testing the effectiveness of control procedures.
  • Establish corrective action plans for identified violations and monitor their implementation.
  • Reporting (dashboards, schedules, etc.).

All tasks were completed.

As of January 2026, the forces of the project team 1C:April Soft in "1C:ERP. Holding management "automated blocks:

  1. Manage users.
  2. Structure (processes, risks, control objectives, controls).
  3. Internal controls.
  4. Action plans.

The system was put into operation on October 31, 2025. 20 workplaces were automated.

As a result of the implementation, the company has reduced labor costs for preparing user questionnaires for the implementation of control procedures. The costs of forming action plans for control procedures for which non-conformities have been identified have also been reduced. The Inspector is provided with a convenient mechanism for monitoring the passage of self-questionnaires and for the formation of an internal audit plan.

A system of reminders to users for a number of events has been developed: approaching the deadline for filling out the questionnaire, the requirement to form an action plan, approaching the expiration date from the action plan, etc.

The implementation of the Risk Management module is a key task for the sustainability and competitive quality of the company. If your enterprise's risk control processes are still built on spreadsheets, manual reminders, and disparate reports, time, resources, and control are lost. This directly creates reputational, financial and operational risks for the entire business.
