2025: Implementation of the Docsvision platform

In the leasing company "Rodelen," the introduction of an archive of client affairs based on the EDMS/CSP platform Docsvision has been completed. This solution made it possible to reduce manual data entry and speed up the processes of checking documents from customers. Docsvision announced this on October 29, 2025.

Within the framework of the project, the company created a single repository of financial and legal documents on leasing transactions, implemented mechanisms to control the completeness of these documents and generate reporting on them, and also configured integrations with the accounting system and the e-mail service.

To launch the deal, we need to collect and agree on a large package of documents with which several departments of the company work at once. When implementing the electronic archive, we aimed to streamline the storage of these documents, eliminate their duplication in different departments and create a transparent control mechanism. For four months of operation, the system has created more than 1800 counterparty cards and over 7,000 contract cards, and the volume of electronic archive has reached 35 GB. At the same time, the process of conducting transactions has noticeably accelerated, since many routine operations are now automated, - said Evgeny Markov, information technology director of the leasing company Rodelen.

The document package templates for customer cards and contracts configured in the system help you to speed up your work. When you create a card, it automatically displays a list of documents required for verification that corresponds to the selected leasing product. In addition, the system automatically downloads contract packages and customer data from the accounting system, as well as documents that the counterparty sends by e-mail.

The manager can send the collected files for verification in one click - the system automatically sends documents to those employees who are responsible for them. The task displays only the files for which the current employee needs to make decisions. The workflow is completed after all required documents have been uploaded to the system and all validation tasks have been completed. At the same time, with the help of reports, you can at any time view up-to-date information on checking files in the system: both in the context of managers and in the context of customers or specific contracts.

The implementation and configuration of the solution was carried out by Erker, a gold partner of Docsvision.

A client case archive creates a single digital space that provides quick access to documents. Thanks to this, the organization can increase the speed of a variety of business processes - from processing customer requests to responding to regulatory requests. So, in this project, we have configured, among other things, the upload of related documents to the file system. As a result, preparing answers to counter-checks of the tax authorities now takes not a working day, but 10-15 minutes, "said Kristina Beglyanina, project manager at Erker.
