Special attention during project implementation was paid to the organization of technology of work of a warehouse, achievement of the most effective use of warehouse volumes. After implementation of LEAD WMS SE capacity of a warehouse increased, all basic warehouse processes, including acceptance, placement of goods in a warehouse (taking into account storage conditions), replenishment, enrollment, control, inventory are automated.

The LogistiX company announced in September, 2011 that specialists of Rogneda group, producer of materials for construction and repair, summed up the results of the project on upgrade of own logistic complex based on the warehouse management system Lead WMS (engl. Warehouse Management System) in the Noginsk district of the Moscow region. By estimates of specialists of the company, the project allowed to increase capacity of a complex by 50%.

"Upgrade allowed us to create really smart warehouse. Today all basic warehouse processes, including acceptance, replenishment, enrollment, inventory and placement of goods in a warehouse taking into account storage conditions, are completely automated and are controlled by the WMS system — Dmitry Filachev, the project manager of Rogneda group told. — Besides, due to increase in capacity of a warehouse by 50% we have a possibility of processing twice of bigger goods quantity for an identical interval if to consider earlier existing indicators".

Automation of the warehouse center was complete in 2010. The LogistiX company, the Russian system provider of management of a warehouse was engaged in development and integration of the software solution.

"During automation we considered features of the enterprise, positive dynamics of its development, possible growth of intensity of work of a warehouse in the next years and emergence of new business processes. Already today in an assortment portfolio of group there are more than 1500 product names, provided in Russia and in camps of the CIS. As a result we proposed the scalable solution considering these factors including a connectivity to processing of new business processes without performance penalty of the WMS system when building additional resources of a complex" — Blinov Dmitry, the technical director of the company of LogistIX noted.

According to LogistiX, in July, 2011 in Biysk the project on automation of the warehouse center of Aniks company, large retail operator in Altai Krai also came to the end. According to the business manager of Aniks Maria Slabodenyuk, system implementation of Lead WMS allowed to reduce quantity of the mistakes made by personnel at a set of goods twice. The management system also gave the chance to optimum distribute load of warehouse resources in time and to work effectively in the conditions of the maximum load of a complex.
